Tenants decided to spray paint exterior of the condo.
After
Bought condo siding to replace including j-channel around door, trim around electrical and light fixture (according to condo specs). Used condo’s color scheme to paint front door. Replaced light fixture.

Dumpster corral was damaged past the point of repair. Termite damage had hit all the posts. Had to remove all electrical. Removed overgrown bushes and tree around corral.

Rebuilt entire dumpster enclosure. Posts had to be cut from concrete and new concrete poured after the new posts. Sprayed dumpster enclosure with two coats of paint per neighborhood specs.

Community pool bathrooms needed an upgrade. Drywall and trim was deteriorating from moisture in area.

Coordinating with board members on new design. The pool has two bathrooms. The “before” pic is the other bathroom that matches the remodeled version.

Installed new pickets that were damaged. Set the doors properly. Sprayed two coats of paint.

Replaced two bulletin boards. Dug up concrete and removed these 16 year old soggy bulletin boards.

Cut bushes, dug through roots, and concreted new bulletin. The new area provides more protection from the sun.

One of the common issues with the shed doors in this area. All the hinges started to rust and freeze up. Rotting in the lower area of the frame.
After
Replaced the frame and kept the door. Had to router out the hinges in the new frame and striker plate. The frame came with new seals. Also, installed stainless steel hinges so this doesn’t happen again.

Added a camera to try and target litterbugs to hold accountable. Had to set something up ASAP and then remove it once the new corral was completed. I then installed new wiring and piping.
