Two rental properties were having flooding problems. Talked with the association about proper procedures. Had utilities marked, opened up the ground and ran pipe and 57 stone. Covered up and grass seed.

After
Went to check the job after a heavy rain and it was pouring out the pipes with force. The ground was wet but not even close to flooding.

Installed new subfloor and concrete board. Im pretty sure this is the bathroom that I fell though and think I broke my tail bone. Super rough month after that. Ha

Tiled floor and grout came after. Set toilet and vanity later.

Made the cross with two rabbit cuts and let the wood hug each other. Set the mailboxes in concrete.

Spoke about replacing mirror and countertop sink. Had to carefully remove the glass leaving peeled drywall spots to finish.

Always check merchandise before leaving the hardware store! After returning a vanity top twice for damage, we got to a good batch. Installed a new toilet, vanity top, sink, mirror, and light fixture. Home owner did wallpaper and she did a great job.
